At Watch My Luck, all purchases are made for entry tickets into prize draws.

Entry Tickets

All entry tickets are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law or in the event of a verified technical error.

Entry tickets provide participation in a prize draw only and do not constitute the purchase of a physical product or a donation.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges resulting from a technical or payment processing error

  • Failed transactions where payment was taken but no valid entry was recorded

Any such issues must be reported within 7 days of the transaction date.

No Guarantee of Winning

Purchasing an entry ticket does not guarantee winning a prize. Refunds will not be issued on the basis of draw outcomes.
